Ashline

Ashline. I have been in the field of education for over a decade and have taught at different levels of education that include: Elementary, Most of my time in education was spent as a Special 教育 Coordinator for Resource settings, 包括教学. I received a dual bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University in Elementary and Special 教育. Right after receiving this, I obtained a position in a self-contained setting. During this time, I went for my master’s degree in autism spectrum disorder. 当我完成我的硕士课程, (快速通道项目), 我读了博士课程, 完成我的博士学位.D. in General 心理学 with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction.

I have my own Advocacy and Tutoring company in Arizona to support students, 就我个人而言, in 2017, 同时完成我的博士课程, 我被诊断患有多发性硬化症, which I currently do immunosuppressant infusions; I of course did not let that get in my way of 完成我的博士学位.D.! 我在亚利桑那州出生和长大, and I enjoy traveling; my favorite places to travel are Disneyland (my second home) and small towns such as Show Low and Tombstone.

I consider educators, especially special educators, to be unsung heroes in our communities. It is no coincidence that special education teachers have such a high turnover rate, The work you do can have a tremendous positive impact on students who are in need,
